PATHWAY TO HIGH PERFORMANCE
Athletes who wish to pursue national or international-level racing will have the opportunity to be assessed during performance testing at the start of the season. Those who meet the criteria will be invited to register (at an additional cost) for one of our High Performance Squads.
Athletes selected for the High Performance Pathways will receive:
Regularly scheduled additional high performance training sessions throughout the season.
Increased one-on-one coaching time with the High Performance coaching team.
Ongoing strategic and race planning support.
Access to assistance from an Integrated Support Team (IST).
Closer monitoring of their Daily Training Environment (DTE) and progress by the High Performance coaching staff.
This framework ensures that all athletes begin the season with a strong foundation and clear expectations, with opportunities to move into high performance environments based on demonstrated ability, commitment, and goals.
